Mom....I never got to meet you. I tried though, but the adoption agency said you had passed. I had so many questions for you it's not fair I wanted to meet you so bad.
On behalf of the Oklahoma Ambulance Association, I wish to extend our deepest sympthy in your loss of Lisa. I had the pleasure to meet her at the 2012 Stars of Life event in OKC and was delighted to have known her for only a brief time. I know that Lisa is now the ultimate 'Star' as she shines with our Lord Jesus Christ.
All of us at Muskogee County EMS were deeply shocked to hear about the death of Lisa Alexander. Words cannot help much at the present time but please accept our heartfelt condolences to LisaÃ?¢ââ??‰â??¢s family and EMSA. The loss of Lisa is felt most keenly by her family, coworkers, patients and the many lives she touched, but is also a loss suffered by all of us in the EMS community.

Lisa was a huge part of the Emergency Room family at Hillcrest Hospital. I am going to miss seeing her smile and listening to some funny stories from her. I pray for her to rest in peace and for Mike, her husband, to know that his ER family is here for him! Lisa Thank You for all you did!!!!
