Lisa Renee Wiley was born December 15, 1969 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away January 31, 2015. Lisa was a loving and caring person. She had a big heart and was always sweet to everyone she knew and loved. Lisa was a true hippie at heart. She loved to have a good time. Lisa loved her animals; especially her dog Cocoa. Lisa will be missed by all her family and friends. Lisa is preceded in passing by her father Charles William Wiley Sr. She is survived by her mother Glenda Ann (Martin) Wiley; brother Charles Wiley and his girlfriend Angela Taylor; niece Heather Wiley; niece Tamara Wiley and numerous other family members and friends. There are no services planned at this time
