Lola Faye Lehman's Obituary
Mrs. Lehman retired from MetLife Insurance Co. eleven years ago she was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and became St. Francis’ 18th heart transplant recipient on November 28, 1994 after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease the previous year. She supported organ donation whenever and wherever possible, at many events such as community health fairs. She visited and encouraged those on the heart transplant waiting list until the Parkinson’s disease restricted her activities. Services will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2003 at 10:30 AM in the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.Survived By: husband, Paul of the home, brother, William Adair of Tahlequah, son, Lark and his wife Carley of Colorado Springs, Co, daughter, Erika of Broken Arrow, OK, four grandchildren and many cousins, friends, and loved ones.
