Lora Dawn Winemiller, 43, passed from this life on August 11, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lora was born on April 8, 1970 In Fort Benning, Georgia. She was a U.S. Postal Service Mail Carrier and enjoyed visiting and getting to know the people on her delivery routes even if they moved. Lora was a very giving and kind-hearted person who loved dogs and animals. She enjoyed collecting dog memorabilia. A Memorial Service will 12:30 PM Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Donations may be made in her memory to the TSPCA or Animal Aid.
