He was born September 22, 1949 in Tahlequah, OK to Louie Glenn and Minnie Muriel (Roy) Cartwright.Butch is survived by his sister, Betty Shirrel; brother, Olen Cartwright; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members; several close friends in the Tulsa area.There are no services scheduled at this time.
