Louise Elizabeth Schwemin's Obituary
Louise was born February 26, 1923 to Frank Elbert and Lottie Luciel Shortal Williams. She was called home on July 4, 2014. Louise spent her school years in Clinton, OK. Louise was a classically trained pianist and enjoyed playing the organ. She loved entertaining and traveling with her husband, Joe, as he performed his duties as Executive Secretary of the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. Louise is survived by two daughters, Deborah Gilchrist Paul and husband Jerome, of Tulsa, OK, Julie Schwemin Spencer and husband Gary, of Edmond, OK, her brother, H. O. Williams of CA., 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joseph J. Schwemin, two sons, Robert Gilchrist and Joseph Gilchrist. Louise was a faithful member of Faith Bible Church. Pastor Mark Hitchcock will conduct the celebration of Louise’s life. A memorial Service will be held Friday, July 11, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at Faith Bible Church, 600 N Coltrane Rd., Edmond, OK. In lieu of flowers, it was her wish that donations be made to Faith Bible Church, in memory of Louise Schwemin, 600 N Coltrane Rd, Edmond, OK. 73034.
