Lucas Matthew Crowell's Obituary
Lucas Crowell of Tulsa Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2024.  Lucas was the son of Dave Crowell and Susan Crowell of Tulsa. Lucas was an extremely creative individual who played multiple musical instruments including the bassoon and flute in the Jenks band and bassoon in the Tulsa Youth Symphany for several years. He also won state awards and national awards for his artwork. Lucas loved to cook and bake and did so for the family often. He really loved dogs, especially his rescue dog Gracie but also the family rescue dog Chevy.
Lucas is survived by his dad, Dave Crowell, brother Chad Crowell, sister-in-law Taylor and nephews Cooper and Baker, aunt DeAnne Stolarik, uncle and aunt Mike and Kim Barnthouse, Mema Virginia Lucas and Cousin Joshua Barnthouse. Many great aunts and uncles and second cousins. Lucas was predeceased by his papa David Lucas, his uncle John Stolarik and his mom Susan Crowell.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations to be made in Lucas's honor at either First Christian Church in Lawton, Oklahoma or the Crusader Scholarship Fund at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Lucas is now at peace and can see his papa, mom and uncle John who he truly missed. Lucas will be missed by all, including his dog, Gracie. There will be a celebration of life for family and close friends at Lucas’ home December 8 at 2:00 pm.
