Millie "Lucy" Lucille Mullins' Obituary
On February 8th, 2025, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Millie Lucille Mullins, known by all as Lucy, passed from this life and entered the gates of Heaven, leaving behind cherished memories of kindness and gentle compassion.
Born on March 3rd, 1932, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to her parents Olin and Tennie Mae Gotcher, Lucy's life was a testament to unwavering love and soft-hearted generosity. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially in the company of her beloved pets, Romeo and Einstein. The bond she shared with them reflected her tender spirit. Though Einstein preceded her in passing, the memories of their time together remained close to her heart.
Lucy's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She loved attending church and held her relationship with God dear. Her quiet devotion and kind gestures within her church community touched many lives, offering comfort and warmth to all who knew her.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Dee Mullins; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Cox, Eric James Holloway, and Christopher Lee Holloway; her great grandchildren Alana, Levi, Trinity, Jackson, Autumn, Blaine, Ellie, and Norah; her great great grandchildren Nolan; along with many other family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
She is preceded in death by her first husband Robert Gordan Mullins; her second husband Frank Kenslow; her son Patrick Gordan Mullins; and brothers Billy Earl Gotcher, Deryl Lee Gotcher, Joe Bob Gotcher, Jim Tom Gotcher, Louis Olin Gotcher, and Richard Neil Gotcher who was Lucys twin brother. Lucy's gentle spirit and the compassion she shared will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to be part of her life.
Lucy's celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 12:30PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Baskett officiating.
