Mable "Virginia" Horn's Obituary
With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Virginia Horn who peacefully left us on March 7th, 2025, at the age of 94. Virginia was born on November 24th, 1930, and spent her life surrounded by love and family. Virginia will be remembered for her kindness, humor, generosity, and unwavering strength. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she was the heart of her family, and her legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Virginia will be remembered for her boundless love and dedication to her grandkids. Whether it was a school play, dance recital, sports game or birthday celebration, she made it a point to be there, cheering them on with a proud smile. Virginia was an enthusiastic fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Buffalo Bills.
Virginia is survived by her daughters, Anita Adams (Bill), Brenda Batchelor, Lisa Carter (James), grandchildren Julie Williams (Lee), Jared Adams (Alyssa), Blake Batchelor (Mariel), Austin Carter (Loreinne) and Zak Carter, great-grandchildren Allie Williams, Luke Williams, Riley Adams, Gracie Adams and Preston Adams, brother Bill Thomas and sister Rosemary Talley.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry Horn.
Virginia's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. In lieu of flowers, donations to Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma would be greatly appreciated.
The family will have a private graveside service to lay Virginia to rest.
