Mable Nella Murphey Gray was born June 13, 1919 in Cement, Oklahoma to the late Luther Austin Murphey and Irma Mable Daniel Murphey. Mable married A.Y. Gray on December 21, 1935. She is survived by her Son, Charles Gene Gray & his wife, June Reynolds Gray of Tulsa, OK; Daughter, Glenda Westbrook of Shawnee, OK and Son, Alton Gray of Ellis, KS.; Sister, Minnie Bivens, Sister in Law, Mildred Gray; Grandchildren, David Gray & wife, Katherine, Duane Gray & wife, Lorrie, Dawn Gray Dobson, Stephen & Kim Westbrook, Paul Westbrook & wife, Dawn, James Gray, Angela Eddy and Shelly Addington; Great Grandchildren, Jonathan Gray, Jennifer Gray, Nicole Gray, Megan Gray, Sarah Dobson, Breeanna Dobson, Lindsay Westbrook, Sean Westbrook, Luke Westbrook, Jacob Westbrook, Kaylan Westbrook, Jenna Westbrook, Joshua Gray, Erin Collier, Benjamin Gray, Katie Gray, Rachel Gray, Grace Gray and Laura Gray and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mable was preceded in death by her spouse, A.Y. Gray, and Infant Son, an Infant Granddaughter, Sister, Eleanor Murphey, Nadine Murphey Byrd and Brother, Austin Murphey. Mable lived in Tulsa for many years. She also lived at Baptist Village in Owasso for several years. She also lived with her daughter in Shawnee, Oklahoma from 2008 until she passed away. Graveside service will be 10:00 am Thursday, September 17, 2015, Flora Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to musicandmemory.org or to Gideon Bibles.
