Margaret Carolyn Curry's Obituary
Margaret "Penny" Curry passed away peacefully on April 16, 2022 from cancer at the Clare House, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Celebration of her life will be Wednesday, April 27, at 3:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Penny loved crafting and large family gatherings. Her passion was in gardening and she achieved the level of Master Gardiner in 2019. She enjoyed volunteering at the teaching garden in Claremore and passing her knowledge of plants to young gardeners.
Penny is survived by her spouse of 55 years Robert, her sons, Don (Theresa) and Heath (Sonia) Curry, her grandsons Joshua (Eryn) Curry and Benjamin; her granddaughters Valierie Vanvoltenborg and Sonia Carr; her brother Daniel (Wendi) West of Omaha, Nebraska, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents Dwight and Mary Lou West and her brother Louis.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Clare House in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Who took such good care of Penny in her final days.
