Margaret Miranda's Obituary
Margaret Ellen Miranda, 67, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed November 8, 2024. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Enrique Sablan Miranda and Alma Jesse Miranda (Tideman). Margaret enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1976 as a Medical Service Specialist and the United States Army in 1983 obtaining the rank of SSG. At the time of her passing, Margaret was a Senior Administrative Support Specialist at the University of Oklahoma.
She is survived by her children Matthew Tarr of Freestone, California, Jessica Miranda of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Jennifer Miranda of Little Rock, Arkansas. She also leaves behind her brothers Richard Miranda of the Philippines, Charlie (Florema) Miranda of Vallejo, California, Leopold Miranda of Napa, California, Jonathan Miranda of Reno, Nevada, her aunt, Betty Stewart (Tideman) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and many nephews, nieces, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Gross, her daughter, Maryellen Miranda and her parents.
Margaret will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on a future date.
