Maria Rose Logan, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on July 12, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Maria resided in Owasso, Oklahoma. She was 69 years old.
Born on March 24, 1955, in San Antonio, Texas, Maria was the cherished daughter of Marcos and Dominga Puente. Her life was marked by love, laughter, and countless beautiful moments.
A Remarkable Career and Passion for Mustangs:
Maria led an exemplary career as an account executive in the telecom industry. Her dedication and professionalism left a lasting impact on colleagues and clients alike. But beyond her work, Maria had a passion for life one that revolved around their beloved 2008 Mustang GT California special. As an active member of the Kansas City Mustang club, they won numerous awards, proudly showcasing their prized car across the country.
The Heart of Family Gatherings:
Maria's knack for organization extended beyond her professional life. She orchestrated large and beautiful events for family and friends, creating memories that will forever be treasured. Her warm smile and welcoming spirit made every gathering special.
A Loving Family:
Maria's family meant everything to her. She leaves behind her devoted spouse, Edwin Logan, with whom she shared 36 memorable years. Their love story began on February 6, 1988, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and their bond remained unbreakable.
Maria was a loving mother to her children: Michael Puente and wife Sissy Puente, Amy Moss and husband BJ Moss, and Kari Goins and husband Kyle Goins. Her siblings—Josie Cantu, John Puente, Marcos Puente and wife Brenda Puente, and Sylvia Burnett and husband Chris Burnett-were her pillars of support.
Generations Touched:
Maria's legacy lives on through her grandchildren: Regan Hess and husband Richie Hess, Garrett Goins, Jaxon Skaggs, Lex Puente, Avery Goins, Cruz Puente, Kyley Moss, Cooper Puente, and Hope Puente. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren: River Fairchild and Leo Hess. Maria's love knew no bounds; she touched the hearts of everyone who crossed her path.
A Faithful Servant:
Maria was an active member and volunteer at Church on the Move, where her kindness and compassion shone brightly. Her faith was unwavering, and she lived it through her actions.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home - Rose Chapel
Interment will follow at Floral Haven Funeral Memorial Gardens - Spirit of Oklahoma
