I remember hearing Marie tell a story about driving back from Beaver County. They were running low on gas, so Marie and Sister McGuire were in the back seat praying the car forward. When they finally arrived in Tulsa, the car had gone much farther on the tank of gas than it should have, and it ran out of gas as they pulled into the driveway. Marie was quite a prayer warrior.
