My Prayers and Thoughts are with Billy and Family. Elaine and I became close friends in the year and a half I known her. Seems like I knew her all my life cause we spent so much time together. Elaine might have been small in size but she pack a big punch cause she wasn't afraid to speak her mind. All her friends knew she was a caring and loving person. She would do anything for her friends. Elaine was well loved and will be missed by many. I'm glad I got to spent part of my life with her. I will always cherish the memories I had with her. I will always miss you, Love you ❤️ girl
