Atkison, Marjorie Louise (Hubler Lucas), 95, born Chanute, KS on 10 January 1915. Longtime resident of Tulsa County, worked 28 years at Texaco Refinery. Member of the Broken Arrow First Christian Church, 50 year member of the Order of Eastern Star Red Fork/Tulsa Chapter 133, Past Grand Marshal OES State of Oklahoma, Life member and Past Queen of Zibiah Temple Daughters of the Nile, member of Tulsa Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution and Colonel John Alston Chapter Daughters of the American Colonists. Preceded in death by her husband Edwin E. Atkison in 1987 and son Jack D. Atkison in 2009. Family will greet visitors Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Reverend Glenn Davis officiating. Interment will be held at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Veterans Field of Honor. Tributes may be sent to First Christian Church of Broken Arrow, Tulsa Chapter DAR Endowment Fund or to the NSDAR Development Office, 1776 D Street, Washington, DC 20006-5303 specified for building maintenance fund.
