My father served as the leader for my brother's boy scout troop. I was allowed to attend all events with him as the unofficial boy scout. During one trip, he went to the river to obtain water for coffee. I heard a scream in the distance. My Father walked the path wet as he fell in the water while preparing the coffee. In the same trip, he called for a Snipe hunt telling me that snipes could be caught with a garbage sack for dinner. I simply had to yell, "Snipe" and shine a flash light on them. Funny enough, snipes do not exist. Just one of many jokes my Father played on me throughout my childhood. It has been four years since our family lost him, and he remains the absolute love of my life. I miss him, but I know I will be with him again once this life has been experienced by me.
