My deepest condolences go out to my dear friend Sherry Salts and her family during this sorrow. Marlene was a wonderful woman. My memories of Marlene in my younger years are that she always wore small hair curlers tightly snuggled to her scalp. It was the eighties, before hot rollers and curling iron's -the good old eighties . I also remember that Marlene had a special time in the day to nap. In that hour you knew not to phone Sherry nor knock on the door :) . Oh, you can't forget Marlene and her Lincoln car. She reminded me of the little old lady from Pasadena :) .
