Marsha Sue Foster, 81, retired secretary for the teamsters local union #523 passed away January 11, 2018 in Tulsa, OK. She was born March 14, 1936 in Saint Joseph, MO to George Benton and Ruth Margaret (Neudorff) Teagarden.Marsha is survived by her daughter, Carrie Lea Luckhart Smith of Owasso; grandsons, Clint Michael Smith and Wade Andrew Smith both of Owasso. She was preceded in death by her father, George Benton Teagarden; mother, Ruth Marie (Neudorff) Tharp; and son, William “Bill” Foster.Memorial service will be 3:00 PM, Tuesday, January 16th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
