Marty Ray Peralta, aged 54, passed away on July 10, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born to Louis Garcia Peralta and Janice (Gilbert) Peralta on May 18, 1970, in Athens, Greece, Marty’s life was a rich tapestry of love, laughter, and dedication.
Marty’s journey led him from the scenic vistas of Arkansas to the heart of Melissa, the high school sweetheart who became his lifelong partner. Their love story, which began on December 28, 1991, blossomed into over 33 years of marriage filled with joy, growth, and the creation of a beautiful family with their children, Olivia and Mason.
A man who held his family above all else, Marty was the epitome of a devoted husband, a nurturing father, and a loyal friend. His remarkable sense of humor was a source of comfort and joy, bringing smiles to all who knew him.
Professionally, Marty was a respected IT project manager, known for his intelligence and problem-solving skills, often joking that he could fix any issue with a spreadsheet—a claim he lived up to often.
