He was my favorite Uncle, when he would visit Iowa during my childhood he always brought a fun and playful spirit and often gifts that drove my Mom crazy (messy or lotsa parts).
When we moved to Oklahoma in 2003 Chuck and I got to reconnect with him and Aunt Maryann. He and Chuck had so many shared experiences from military service, Spartan, flying and fixing airplanes. He lured Chuck into restoring a car too - oh to mention FARKLE-we just loved to play the game!
He will be missed but never forgotten as the memories are cherished.
