In Loving Memory of Mary Jane Howard
Mary Jane Howard passed away peacefully, surrounded by her cherished family. With unwavering strength and grace, she fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith, earning her eternal reward.
Jane dedicated her life to caring for others as a Registered Nurse, working with several doctors throughout her career. She also brought her skills and compassion to Tulsa Public Schools and later to Tulsa Technology Center, leaving a meaningful impact on countless lives. Her passions included floral arranging, a love for Home Interior Products and sharing their beauty with others, and an appreciation for the captivating stories of Danielle Steel.
Jane’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her devoted husband of sixty-five years, Leonard Howard; her two sons, Glenn (wife Karen) and Kevin Howard; and her treasured grandchildren: Zachary, Sydni, Keil, Christopher, Kyla, and Kyla’s husband, Ben. Jane is also survived by her loving sisters, Betty Hefley and Della Juarez, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in passing by her dear brothers, Paul McBride, Joe Bill McBride, and Jimmy McBride.
Family and friends are invited to honor her memory during the visitation on Monday, April 21st, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, at Crossroads Church in Jenks. A celebration of her life will follow with a funeral service on Tuesday, April 22nd, at 10:00 AM, also at Crossroads Church. The committal service will be held at 2:30 PM at Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
