Mary Emily Kerby's Obituary
On Thursday, May 21st 2020, Mary Emily Kerby passed away of pneumonia in Phoenix, AZ. She was 79 years old.
Mary was born on February 25th, 1941 in Ochelata, OK to Lee Ella and D.R. Metzger. She graduated Will Rogers High School in 1959, and married James Kerby the same year. They raised three children together: Mike, Sonja, and Angela. Mary loved to sing, and took part
in many church choirs throughout her life. In every situation, she had a timely tune. Mary enjoyed sharing her generosity with others, and was blessed with many friends.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband James, and is survived by her three children, eleven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
Open visitation is at Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on May 31st, 12pm - 4pm.
The funeral service will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home June 1, 2020 at 12:30PM. We will still require social distancing as a precaution.
