Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Hartloper, 62, passed from this life on June 15, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Liz was born on September 16, 1952 in Houston, Texas to Charles M. and Nell S. (Eppstein) Allen. She was homemaker but more importantly she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She met Matthew “Matt” Hartloper and they were married in Miami, Oklahoma on November 7, 2002. They shared 16 memorable years together with almost 13 years as husband and wife. She is survived by her loving and caring husband, Matt Hartloper; daughter, Mindy Walthall and husband, Kevin; 2 grandchildren, Cortland and Grahm Walthall; brother, William P. Allen and wife, Mary Frances; and nephews, Phillip Allen and David McMahan. Liz is preceded in death by her loving parents. Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, June 22, 2015 in Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Wild Heart Ranch, P.O.
