Mary Lou was one of my mother's best friends. She was my Godmother and was a very special person to me. I saw her about 2 years ago at a book review, she was still sharp as a tack. She was truly a class act, I greatly respected her. I hope that her last years were tolerable. I am sorry for your loss. The world could use many more.
