Mary Ann Stanton's Obituary
Mary Ann Stanton, 83 a resident of Tulsa passed away January 26, 2018. Mary was born October 12, 1934 in Tulsa to Maxwell and Eveahlee Sheets. Mary was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. The most important thing to her was her family. She was married to the love of her life, Doanld Stanton and together they raised their three children, Penny, Dennis and Sue. She worked for 25 years at Sears in the catalog department and later went to work as a receptionist for an Insurance agency. When she wasn’t working she enjoyed traveling with her family; she and Donald had the opportunity to RV across the United States. She also enjoyed riding motorcycles; she and Donald had a Goldwing that they rode over 100k miles on adventures across the country. She enjoyed camping and fishing, working in her flower beds and doing ceramics. She was the best cook and always made everything from scratch. Mary will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.Mary is preceded in passing by her parents, Maxwell and Eveahlee Sheets and her brother, James Sheets. She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald Stanton; chiildren, Penny Dye and her husband Tim, Dennis Stanton and his wife, Sandy and Sue Ann Henson; grandchildren, Jason Wiesinger and his girlfriend Michelle, Jennifer Neri and her husband Mario, Ben Stanton, Scott Stanton and his wife Keri, Carla Hinajosa and Sarah Doney and her husband Josh; great-grandchildren, Ryoko, Alyssa, Chris, Brady, Hailey, Ryan, Tanner, Lorlie and Grayson and numerous other family members and friends.There will be a visitation, Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral HomeFuneral Service will be 10:00 a.m., January 31, 2018 at Floral haven Funeral Home Chapel
