Scott & I fell in love with Matilde the very first day we met her. She had just met us but she still had to have a kiss & hug from us both when she left.She was always so friendly and made us feel welcome. When she walked into the room, everyone's face would light up with joy. She made us feel special everytime she included us in her kiss & hug ritual.Scott will always remember that Christmas party where he & Matilde kept fighting over a bag of pecans. Scott was dreaming of a pecan pie but Mitilde insisted those were her pecans. I'm sure you know who took those pecans home, she did of course.I loved it when I got to see her. She would make me smile and feel so loved. Everytime she would see me, she would throw out her arms and say "Paaammm, I miss you so much! It has been way too long since I saw you last!" I know you can just see & here her in your minds eye. She is an amazing woman.We loved her so much & will always miss her.
