Mattie Aline Mercer's Obituary
Mattie Aline Mercer, 86, passed away March 8, 2016. She was born on June 29, 1929 in Bristow, OK to the late Joe and Rosa Mae (Cochran) Evans. Aline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great, great-grandmother. She was a Homemaker, while also assisting her late husband, C.P. Mercer, with his automotive sales business. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her husband and parents, Aline was preceded in death by her son, Phillip Mercer; brother, Lester Evans; sisters, LaVerne Gray & Bonnie Evans; grandsons, Chad Mercer & Shannon Mercer. Aline is survived by her daughter, Glenda Doughty; sisters, Faye Gibson, Alice Jones; granddaughters, Christy Camp, Philleesha Davidson & husband, Greg, Kim Parmenter & husband, Jed; grandson, Preston Mercer & fiancé, Kortnie Cooper; great grandchildren, Tiffani Doughty, Paige Perez, Timber Camp, Sirrissa Robinson, Chloe Parmenter, Shelby, Caitlyn, & Hunter Mercer, Jacob, Makayla, Karry & James Davidson; great, great grandchildren Lilyan Perez, Holly Gaddis, Shane Mercer; daughter-in-law, Janet Riley & Mike; Visitation will be 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 10, 2016, Floral Haven Funeral Home; Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Friday, March 11, 2016, Floral Haven Rose Chapel, followed by interment at Park Grove Cemetery, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and family-donated dinner at Floral Haven Family Center at 4:00 PM.
