Maxine Pagan's Obituary
Maxine Pagan, 95, was born on May 13, 1924 and passed on September 11, 2019. She spent most of her life serving the Lord in Ministry. She and her first husband, Eugene Nicks, planted churches in Oregon during the 1940’s. Later, after having children, she be worked as a youth and child evangelist in both Oregon and Southern California. Upon moving to Nevada, she became “Charity Pagan” and created the “Charity Chapel Association” that ministered to shut-ins and the elderly. Regardless of her age, Maxine always remained active and faithfully attended her local church.Maxine is preceded in death by her parents John and Rebecca Muldoon; brothers Major, Ralph, and Patrick Muldoon; daughter Patsy Jean Nicks; and son Steven Leroy Pagan.She is survived by son Gary Nicks; daughters Deatria McClean and Colleen Sudduth; son David Pagan; grandchildren Jennifer Nicks, Jeremy Nicks, Zach Pagan, Alex Durden, Justin Pagan, Christopher Pagan, Angela Meng, Michelle Scott, and Douglas Watts; and 18 great grandchildren.Visitation will be held from 4 pm – 8 pm on Monday, September 16.Services will be at 10 am on Tuesday, September 17 at the Floral Haven Chapel.
