I am very honored to have known Megan. I used to say it didn't matter how bad my day was going when I was in Megan's presence it melted away and all that mattered was being in the moment. Megan's laughter rings in my ears: it started at her head and ended in her toes and when she'd laugh so hard her little teeth would chatter and then she'd laugh some more. Megan taught me compassion, patience, and to laugh when the feeling strikes. She loved the holidays with all the noise, company, and food. She loved her mom, her sisters, and her brother. Megan was a treasure. Megan has found her peace. She has earned her wings.
