Melvin Bradfield Wright, 89, Civil Engineer, passed away November 1, 2013 in Eastland, Tx. He was born June 11, 1924 in Muskogee, Ok to Jess Melvin & Anna Kate (Bradfield) Wright. Melvin is survived by his children, Cynthia Groce and husband, Steve of Eastland, TX and David Wright and wife, Anita of Maxwell, NM; grandchildren, Stephen Groce and wife, Jennifer of Huntington, TX, Lyndee Groce of Petersburg, TX, David “Jess” Wright and wife, Anne of Kodiak, AK, and Kevin Wright of Canyon, TX; Great-Grandchildren, Peyton, Nathan, and Ian Groce of Huntington, TX. He was preceded in death by wife, Alta Anita Wright; parents, Jess M. and Anna K. Wright; sister, Margret L. Rickman; Grandson, Paul Groce. Visitation will be 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Sunday, November 10th, Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow. Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Monday, November 11, 2013 Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow.
