Michael Lee Calvin Cummisky's Obituary
Michael Lee Calvin Cummisky 24 died in Oklahoma City after a traffic accident near Perry, Oklahoma. Michael was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on August 31, 1986. He graduated Broken Arrow High School in 2004. Michael was also a Marine Corp Veteran having served his country in Afghanistan. He survived by his wife Jennifer of the home, son Caydon and daughter Kynslee also both the home. His mother Tabitha Cummisky, Grandparents, Rebecca and Rodney Cummisky and also sisters Porsha Cummisky, Brook Green, and Whitney Cummisky are also surviving. Michael has two brothers Cody and Judah Cummisky and many, many extended family and a host of friends. Funeral Services are 10 a.m. Monday at the Bethany Free Will Baptist Church, Broken Arrow. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday at the Floral Haven Funeral Home. Interment will be in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorials have be set up the Bank of Oklahoma in the name of Cummisky Children’s Education Fund, P.O. Box 2300 Tulsa, Ok 74192.
