Michael Wayne Chase, 56, of Broken Arrow, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away Sept. 22, 2012. Survived by wife: Tammy Chase; Children: Jacob Shannon, Michelle Boles and Christine Chase. He was a successful Plant Engineer at St. Francis Hospital for over 30 years. Hobbies included accomplished bowler, movie watching and many outdoors activities. Funeral Service will be held Wed., Sept. 26, 2012 at 10:00 am at Floral Haven Chapel.
