Michael J. Childers' Obituary
Michael Joseph Childers, 34, of Tulsa, died May 9th, 2016, at his Tulsa home. Michael was born January 13th, 1982, in Tulsa, OK to Mike & Tina (Bandiera) Childers. He attended Union High School and continued his education at Tulsa Community College and the University of Oklahoma. He loved reading & learning. He also enjoyed watching Game of Thrones and playing video games. He had a huge heart for animals and rescued his 3 legged Chihuahua, Darwin, from ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation). Michael is survived by his mother, Tina Seal, of Broken Arrow; father, Mike Childers, of Carthage, MO; sister and brother-in-law, Kelly & Brent Sherl, of Owasso, OK; nieces, Taylor and Laney Sherl. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation) in Tulsa, OK. Memorial Service 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.. Donations may be made to A.R.F. (animal rescue foundation).
