Michael Charles Crisp's Obituary
Michael Charles Crisp 72, died April 25, 2014 at home with his family by his side in Broken Arrow, OK. Mike was preceded in death by his Father John Pershing Crisp, Brother Timothy Crisp, and Step Brother Christopher Shoemake. Surviving relatives: Wife Norma Crisp, Daughter Michelle Woehr and husband Gus Woehr, Daughter Deborah Hallock and husband Paul Hallock, Son Michael Crisp and partner Alex Harjo Mother Jessie Marthella Shoemake, Sister Patricia Elliot, Brother John Crisp and wife Beverly, Sister in law Alicia Shoemake, Brother in Law Archie Peyton and wife Becky. Step Sister Jewell Connor and husband Dudley. Step daughter Pam Conrey, Step daughter Robin and husband John R. Davis, Step daughter Penny and husband Greg Holtschlag. Many loving nieces, nephews, step grand children, extended family and close friends. Mike was a precision machinist for over 30 years. He worked for 20th Century Manufacturing Company and Gardner Denver in Tulsa OK and retired in 2004. After graduating from Edison High School, Mike married Susan Carol Peyton on January 29, 1965 and they were married for 38 years with 3 children. Susie passed away on March 19, 2003. Mike married Norma Adams September 28, 2012. Mike worked on projects with the same precision he applied to his work. Whether it was wood working, boating, cars, golf, lawn care or just to repair something that was broken, he took great pride in finishing a project and finishing it well. A memorial service will be held at Floral Haven Chapel in Broken Arrow on Monday April 28, 2014 at 3:00 and he will be laid to rest at Floral Haven Cemetery.
