Michael “Mike” Dean Herring, 63 a resident of Vinita, Oklahoma passed away April 2, 2018. Mike was born August 31, 1954 in Port Hueneme, California to James and Dortha Herring. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Mike is preceded in passing by his mother, Dortha Gaye Herring (Pitts) and his grandparents.
