Michael Ray Dugan's Obituary
Michael Dugan was born to Hazel and Gus Dugan in Tulsa Oklahoma. He was the oldest of 4 children. In high school he met the love of his life Sandy. Together they built a life that most people would covet. He lost both of his parents at a young age and while raising their own children they took on his siblings. He adored his Aunt Dorthene, his mothers sister. Family was always the center of everything he ever did. Some of his hobbies included racing, wrestling and football. He continued these passions with his children and grandchildren. Mike retired from the Tulsa World where he worked for many years as a zone manager. In his later years he was a devoted grandfather and great grandfather. Nothing made him light up more than holding a baby. Especially one he could kiss. Mike or “Fatty”, as he was called by many, truly was a rock most would lean on. His door was always open to anyone who needed help. His love for his family and those who adopted him as “dad” will always remember his wit and funny nature. To know him was to love him. Ultimately he has left a legacy that will last for many generations. And for that we are thankful for.
