Michael Dustin Holsey's Obituary
Michael Dustin Holsey went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 24th 2020. Dustin was born in Norman, Oklahoma on January 19, 1981 to Steve and Carol Holsey. Dustin attended Jenks Public Schools. Dustin was smart, excelling in all he did. He grew up loving basketball and practiced tirelessly. He also loved to fish with his dog Noel and spend time with his friends and family. The most important thing to him was his relationship with Christ, followed by his relationship with his three beautiful children and wife. He was incredibly hard working, and he trained himself to become a journeyman plumber with the long term goal of running his own company. Dustin loved the Lord with all of his heart. He was well versed in the word of God, having read the entire Bible front to back multiple times. Dustin struggled with addiction but that isn’t who he was. Dustin was kind, funny and caring. He never gave up, and we love him for that. Dustin was honest and a natural born leader and he will be dearly missed.
Dustin is survived by his children Shalee Dawn, Michael Dustin Jr., and William Kaden Holsey, and his wife Christina Holsey. He is also survived by Carol Holsey, Steve and Teresa Holsey and multiple siblings.
Michael will be laid to rest at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens next to his grandmother, Naleta White-Looney.
