Michael Charles Poplin, a resident of Coweta, passed away October 3, 2018 at the age of 62. He was born October 21, 1955 to Charles Donald Poplin and Barbara Sue (Munn) Poplin in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and golfing.He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Donald Poplin and father-in-law, Harold Smith.Survivors include his wife, Janice Poplin; five children, Lisa Peters, Chris Poplin, Kristy Poplin, Kevin Poplin and Kim Poplin; grandchildren, Logan Peters, Kilee Poplin, Ashlyn Peters, Lukas Poplin, Lily Poplin and Nevaeh Peters; mother, Barbara Poplin; brother, Donald Ray Poplin; sister, Pam Morris and husband, George; numerous in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces.Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 9th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Duncan officiating.
