Always loved being around Mike....A great cop, great friend.....always a dedicated TPD Honor Guard member.....You will be missed Mike.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Mike worked at Eastside when I first became a green shirt and I always liked working around him. Prayers for you all.

Mike was always smiling and loved TPD , The Honor Guard , his Bronco , And his fellow TPD Officers, Semper Fi Mike !
In April 1969, Mike and I left Tulsa for San Diego and Marine Corps Boot camp. It was the beginning of a life long friendship. Former Marine and career Tulsa Police Officer. Mike was an example of a life well lived in service to others. I will miss him....Sempre Fi buddy, Steve Thorpe.
Kay, we love you and are here to support you in any way we can and will be here always for you.
What a blessing Mike, my Uncle, was to so many friends and family. My memories of Mike go back to as early as 1968 and I am thankful for all of the wonderful memories that he and Kay shared with me and all of my family over these 54 years in Tulsa.
Mike was always the most meticulous and organized person and I tried to follow his lead, but could never achieve his level. His cars and equipment were always neat, clean and like new! He never lost that military and police training.
Mike loved to video and take pictures, and he was the videographer of our wedding in 1985 and I cherish all of the videos he has taken and shared with us over the years. So much great documentation and history of our family and friends to be handed down to future generations.
Mike and Kay were always there in the biggest moments of our lives and always there to support us in the tragic moments in life. I will miss Mike and his energy and positive influence, but will always carry his memory and what he stood for, with me to my last days. We love you Mike and we look forward to meeting again in the presence of our lord and creator.
