I have so many memories of Aunt Michele. I planted a tree in her honor because she planted so many seeds in my life. Thankful that her and my mom moved to Oklahoma from NY, became friends and our family became one. I loved my calls with her ..... I loved her!

Michele, aka, mama Payne, always treated me as one of her own. Jeff and I were the best of friends growing up in Owasso. The Payne family always welcomed me into their home. Michele put me to work when she put her own kids to work, but also celebrated me as one of her kids. I’ll be eternally grateful for her as another mother figure in my life.
When I was at her house one evening she I, and her daughter. Her kindness that she showed that only to her daughter but her cat she loved that cat so much she wanted to know where that cat was every minute of every day make sure you shut the door.
She touched my heart cuz for her family she will get in there then take herself where she needed to go if she needed to go and see about somebody in her family if they were in trouble or whatever she was there and down for her family.

I remember her 75th birthday party it was beautiful we had so much fun she was so excited so full of love and joy so many people it was beautiful her family were so sweet and kind so much food oh my goodness I remember her 75th birthday party it was beautiful.
