She met and married James W. Dallis on October 22, 1962 in Miami, Oklahoma. Mildred was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Michelle Boling and Billie Eileen Blagg; grandson, Tony Carpenter and brothers, Elmer and Billy Slankard. She is survived by her loving husband, James; children, Helen Greene, Esther Baker, Jimmy Wayne Dallis, Brenda Fears and husband, Paul, Franklin Eugene Boling, Lana Sue McHendry and Valerie MacDonald and husband, Marty; 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
