Mildred Pauline Carlton (born July 28, 1925) passed away on November 6, 2017 in Jenks, Oklahoma. Polly was born in Williams, Oklahoma to parents George Fox and Violet Fox (Taylor). She is survived by sisters Peggy and Shirley and brother Frank; her children David, Rusty and Linda; grandchildren Michael, Jon, Erin and Brittany; great-grandchildren Max, Clayton, Jack, Lila, Charley and Skye. She also leaves behind her long time companion, Forister.A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at 3:00 pm at Garden of Gethsemane, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, 6500 South 129th East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, 74012, 918-252-2518.
