Miss Millie Lowe's Obituary
Mildred Louise Lowe, 91, of Tulsa, passed away October 11, 2022. She was born June 21, 1931 in Paris, Arkansas to Robert Arthur Cooper and Bessie Mae Cooper. She was a long time member of Community Baptist Church. In addition to her love of her family, she enjoyed a lifetime of dedication and volunteering in the Aerospace Industry. This included her joy of working at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum that last 26 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Robert and James Cooper, Sister Mary “Mert” Morgan, daughter Susan Robinson and grandson Shane Bargas. Millie, or Miss Millie, as she was lovingly known is survived by her sister Jeannie (Keith) Jones, son Steve Lowe, daughter Sharon Sugg, grandchildren Troy (Lanita) Hurd, Steven (Stephanie) Bargas, Shonda (Robert) Campbell, Steven (Londa) Lowe and Patricia (Coe) Terry; 15 great grandchildren, 26 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in her honor to the Tulsa Air and Space Museum.
-Visitation will be held 2:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM, Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Visitation Suite, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Ceremony will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 16, 2022, at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, 3623 N 74th E Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
