Mohan Bhojwani's Obituary
Mohan Mirchumal Bhojwani, 89, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Monday, April 27, 2020, at his home with family by his side. He was born January 15,1931, in Tando Muhhamad Khan, Sindh, India, to his late parents, Amrit Khatri Bhojwani and Mirchumal Bhojwani. He married the love of his life, Devi Karamchand Motiram, on April 1, 1954, in Ajmer, India, and they shared over 66 wonderful years together, making many fond memories.
Mohan had a life full of love and adventure. He lived in India, Hong Kong and Nigeria before making his way to the United States with his wife and two oldest children to settle in Independence, Kansas and then Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is best known for his love of family, strong work ethic and amazing customer service in the men’s and women’s custom clothing industry.
He is survived by his wife, Devi Mohan Bhojwani, his daughter Bhagwanti Vardey (husband Narain Vardey) and three grandchildren, Sheela Vardey, Rakesh Vardey and Sonny Vardey; his nephew Nand Kishore Bhojwani (wife Sunita Bhojwani) and four grandchildren, Sonu Bhojwani, Sonam Bhojwani, Akash Bhojwani, and Roshan Bhojwani; daughter Rita Bhojwani Jhaveri (husband Ravi Jay Jhaveri) and three grandchildren, Vijay Jhaveri, Maya Jhaveri and Priya Jhaveri; son Raja Mohan Bhojwani (wife Nisha Mohnani Bhojwani) and two grandchildren, Taara Bhojwani and Aarya Bhojwani; granddaughter Erica Bhojwani, daughter of the late Davendra Mohan Bhojwani; and favorite bunny Princess Coco.
