Mona Lou Fisher, age 82, passed from this life January 2, 2018 at home surrounded by family. Mona was born March 14, 1935, to Hershel Virgil and Nina Louise (Hopkins)Hicks in Neodesha, Kansas.Mona will be dearly missed by her doting husband of the home, Larry Fisher; sons, Wes Blevins and Dick Blevins; stepchildren, Daniel S. Fisher and wife Ellen, Leona Lynne Fisher, Gary B. Fisher, and Laura A. Biffle and husband Daniel; grandson, Lawrence “Larry” Blevins, Grandaughter Valerie Blevins; 2 great-grandchildren; and sister Lea and husband Stan; and numerous friends and loved ones.Mona is preceded in death by her parents; and her first husband and father of her sons, Ervin Lawrence “Larry” Blevins Jr.; and a brother.Visitation will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Floral Haven Visitation Suites at the Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 PM, Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
