N. Jean Hall's Obituary
Naomi Jean Hall passed away peacefully on January 1, 2017 at Oklahoma Methodist Manor. Born July 9, 1925 in Leon, Oklahoma to Myrtle Shifflett Arthur and Russell B. Arthur, she was the youngest of their eight children.She attended school in Fletcher, OK, and graduated from Cyril High School in May 1943. She married Charles J. Hall on April 11, 1945 and they lived in Tulsa the remainder of her life and raised two children, Charles David and Sandra Jean. Jean and Charles were married over 60 years. Jean worked as a legal secretary, office manager, and inside sales person. Jean was a loving wife, mother, and active in her community and church. She loved art and painted and created many lovely works of art over the years.She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Hall and her siblings: Cleda (Arthur) Davenport, Jack Arthur, Ouilda (Arthur) Green, Adrian Arthur, Cecil Arthur, Cecile (Arthur) Sharum, Esther (Arthur) Baker and Ray Arthur, Bennett Arthur, Thelma Faye Arthur, and Byron Arthur.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, C. David and Linda Hall of Austin, TX; her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Richard Pelletier of Tulsa, OK; a grandson, Zachary David Hall of Los Angeles, CA; and granddaughter and husband, Sarah (Hall) and Arnold Chapa of Austin, TX.In lieu of flowers please consider a contribution to the Oklahoma Methodist Manor indigent fund for members in their Health Center who have outlived their funds.Memorial Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2017 at Faith United Methodist Church in Tulsa.
