Nadine Robinson's Obituary
Nadine Robinson, age 89, was born on August 9, 1926 in Kansas City, MO to her parents, Dess Dain (D.D.) and Dove Jones. She went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2016. Nadine was a homemaker while her family was growing up. She catered weddings for over 30 years. She loved to cook and entertain for every occasion! She was very involved with her church, Central Nazarene, with hospital visitations, organizing bridal/baby showers, Wednesday night dinners, and other food gatherings. Her family was very, very important to her! She was blessed to have three children, six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Nadine is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Jack; her father and mother, D.D. and Dove Jones; brother, Lloyd Jones and wife, Beulah; sister, Helen Hines and husband, Robert; and great-grandchild, Athanasius Aaron Latham, as well as many very special family members: Stuart McCoy, James McCoy, and Ray Gann. Nadine is survived by her twin sister, Geraldine McCoy; brother, Charles Jones and wife, Beverly; children, Kathy Latham and husband, Mark; Patty Belew and husband, Gary; Ron Robinson and wife, Darlene; six grandchildren, Aaron Latham and wife, Jinger; Benji Latham and wife, Whitney; Chris Latham and wife, Tiffany; Peter Robinson, Abby Robinson and Cathy Sullivan and husband, Joe; fifteen great-grandchildren, Rebekah Erin Latham, Leah Elizabeth Latham, Susanna Grace Latham, Evangeline Faith Latham, Samuel Mark Latham, Ruth Nadine Latham, Paul Silas Latham, Patience Lorraine Latham, Esther Marie Latham, Atticus Jack Latham, Martin Parker Latham, Andrew Kell Latham, Madelyn Ann Latham, Elizabeth Grace Watters and EthanTyler Watters and many nephews and nieces. Nadine will be dearly missed by her family and many, many friends! The family will receive friends at Floral Haven Funeral Home, 6500 S. 129th E. Avenue,. Broken Arrow from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, June 24th. Memorial Service with interment following will be Saturday, June 25th at 11:00am at Floral Haven Rose Chapel.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Central Church of the Nazarene or The Alzheimers Foundation.
