Nancy Cole's Obituary
Nancy Jane Cole was born on September 9, 1948 in Dallas, Texas. Her parents were Joseph William (JW) Hetherington and Melba Jean Henderson Hetherington. Nancy went to serve the Lord, on November 29, 2020, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma by her bed side was her husband, Dr. Jerry Cole, and her children Kelly Leigh Davison, Jack O. Davis, Jr., Jay Dee Davis, Kenneth Wayne Lee.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents JW and Melba Hetherington, her sisters Jody Bell, Maria Moffett and brother Mike Hetherington
Nancy is survived by: Husband, Dr Jerry Cole, Her Children Daughter : Kelly Leigh and husband Robert Davison from Springhill, Louisiana, Sons: Jack O. and wife Kazyuo Davis , from Amarillo, Texas, Jay Dee and Gloria from Houston, Texas and Kenneth Wayne Lee from Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Sister: Patricia Gore from Wills Point, Texas and Laura Grace Torres from Dallas, Texas.
Grandchildren : Nicky and John Smith from Northwest, Arkansas, Hollie and Weston Olson from Northwest, Arkansas, Zachary and Dakota Davison from Springhill, Louisiana, Casey Davis from Amarillo, Texas and Jennifer and husband Frank LaCoco from Amarillo, Texas, and Alisha Marie and Ashley Michelle Davis.
Her great grandchildren: Joslyn, Hunter, and Logan Smith from Northwest, Arkansas, Aya, Danielle, and Farrah LaCoco from Amarillo, Texas.
Nancy Jane was RN BSN, she had passion for nursing for over 58 years. She was a Candy Striper when she was in Junior High School in Dallas. She was loved by patients, colleagues and friends for her vibrant personality and unselfish caring nature. Her area of expertise was in cardiac nursing as well as her ministry which she shared with all. She will be sorely missed by all.
Memorial Services will be held at 2pm in the Veranda Room at Forest Ridge Country Club - 7501 East Kenosha Broken Arrow, Okla. 74014 on December 12, 202
