Norma Jean Cook, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend; born Wednesday, July 10, 1935 in Indianapolis, Indiana; went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 11, 2016 in Owasso, Oklahoma.A longtime resident of the Tulsa area Norma worked for many years as the supervisor for customer service for PSO electrical company. Norma enjoyed many things in her free time but what she was truly passionate about was her family that she loved so dearly. Fond memories will always be cherished of Norma as she will be deeply missed by all those who had their lives touched by her.Norma is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harvey Cook; her loving parents, Kari Hensley & Josephine Thompson; her dear brothers, Bill Hensley and Tony Hensley; her dearly loved sisters, Helen Goud and Mildred Young.Norma is survived by her loving children, Debbie Ornder and Rodney Cook; her beloved grandchildren, Carrie Frierson, Rodney Cook Jr., Amanda Lofton and Cody Ornder; her precious great grandchildren, Briana, Alexis, Gabrielle, Luke Jr., Brooklyn and Bentley; her dearly loved siblings, Bill Hensley, Jack Hensley, Tony Hensley, Helen Goud, Robert Thompson and Mildred Young.A visitation will be held Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home.A funeral service will be held Friday, December 16, 2016 at 12:30PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home in the Chapel.
